All models, actors, actresses and other persons who appear in any visual depiction on CamShowReplay were eighteen years of age or older at the time the depiction was created. CamShowReplay does not produce any of the content shown; every recording is a replay of a broadcast that was streamed publicly on a third-party platform, and the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for those performers are kept by the originating platform and its verified broadcasters. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on illegal content: any recording reported as involving a minor or a non-consenting person is removed immediately and the report is escalated to the platform concerned.
